Pakistan?s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar rejected India?s account of the May 2025 confrontation, accusing New Delhi of spreading misinformation and AI-generated fake content.

Speaking on December 27, Dar said Pakistan neither initiated nor sought a ceasefire and documented India?s strike on Nur Khan Air Base as a serious miscalculation met with a restrained but effective Pakistani response.

Dar claimed Pakistan intercepted 79 of 80 Indian drones, shot down four Indian Rafale jets, and destroyed two S-400 systems?assertions he said were verified by international media using heat-signature analysis.

He dismissed Indian claims of downed Pakistani F-16s as disproven and called for independent verification of wreckage.

Pakistan maintains the ceasefire was mutually agreed via military hotlines, warned against Indian ?war hysteria?, and urged dialogue while reaffirming readiness to defend its sovereignty.
